This ranges from conducting confidential industry, organisational and stakeholder reviews through to designing change and innovation programs, facilitating executive leadership and team development forums, mentoring high potential and successful leaders and developing many of the industry’s coaches and mentors. As well as extensive business experience, a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and continuing research into High-Impact Leadership through a Masters at Cambridge University, I am acknowledged for my ability to cut through real and perceived barriers to catalyse change, innovation and new sources of competitive advantage. Clients include top 20 ASX-listed companies, entrepreneurs, global subsidiaries and government departments and agencies. As well as corporate work, I have initiated and shaped ground-breaking industry transformation, employment transition and economic stimulus initiatives, co-developed Australia’s first leadership program for federal and state parliamentarians and creating numerous initiatives to strengthen the leadership and connection of leaders in the Asia-Pacific.
